Freight Policy

All shipments are F.O.B. Beamsville, Ontario.

All freight claim shortages or damages should be noted with carrier at time of delivery. Hidden damage should be reported to Wecan Sales immediately or we cannot be held responsible.

Freight Charges/Credits

Orders under $750.00 net, customer will pay all freight charges.

Orders $750.00 to $1800.00 net, customer may deduct half the freight charges if the invoice is paid within 30 days.

Orders over $1800.00 net, customer may deduct all the freight charges if the invoice is paid within 30 days.

Wecan Sales reserves the right to choose which carrier your order will ship with.  The freight discounts are only available on the amount of the cheapest shipping charges.  For example, if the most economical way to send your order is via truck (skid delivery), but you are unable to accept skid shipments, you will be charged the difference in price, even if your order met our freight discount amounts. 

Wecan Sales WILL NOT include tailgate fees, private home delivery fees, or inside delivery fees as part of the freight discount.  The customer will be invoiced these fees should they arise from the delivery companies.
